A lot of the discussion today by others will be about how to control risks faced by your bank. What I will be talking about today is controlling risks to you personally. There are steps you and your board can take now to mitigate your risks.

I will also be addressing the results of our recent Bank Director Regulatory Burden Report. This is a real eye-opener. We will work with Congress and the federal banking agencies to reduce the substantial burdens now facing bank directors.
