Supporting the needs of outside directors...

AABD's education services to members have grown to support the need of outside directors to be fully cognizant of their duties, responsibilities and risks. Several years ago, AABD established the Institute for Bank Director Education (IBDE) to fulfill those education needs, nationwide. The annual fee also provides a personal copy of regular AABD information mailings (including the periodic newsletter, brochures, and alerts) for each individual director at the address of their choice.
