This hand-on practical planning seminar is designed to assist financial institutions in developing strategic plans initially and/or updating current written strategic plans on an annual basis. After the retreat, if the institution desires to have a strategic plan drafted for Board of Directors' approval, AFSI will provide such service for a maximum of $2,500 *.

Presentation discusses capital planning through a holding company, the advantages of holding company debt, flexibility in capital formation, using a comprehensive anti-takeover plan through holding company charter, considering estate planning alternatives offered by holding company, product and service expansion benefits and more.
